Thank you to all our supporters and customers. This last year could not have happened without you. We had record increases in the quantity and quality of the crop, achieved our organic certification through Bay State Organic Certifiers, and managed to bring a pretty darn fine looking organic apple to market! | ||

Right now is the pruning seasons - as well as the planning season, so let us know what you want to eat, so we can grow it for you, if it is possible to incorporate it into the farm plan! | ||

Bird of the Hand is pleased to announce that a limited number of crop shares are available for the 2011 crop. The 8 - week CSA will include 3 pounds of apples, a half gallon of fresh squeezed cider, cooking herbs and a quantity of vegetables available for pick up at our downtown farm stand at 33 School Street in Sterling.
